We don´t even know yet what will be in the next update, if players would come back because of the content of the next update or not, whenever it will be. If there is nothing to do in the game anymore, then there is nothing to do on the servers anymore. Guess G-Portal´s money cow is shrinking over the next days and weeks. Who pays for expensive but empy servers?
edit: added an s
Its hard to get your server filled with players when the game is so early in development because people are waiting for more game content.
We play on a US East game hosted server and have none of those issues you described.
This actually made me LOL............ "along time between updates means a dev for got about the game " thanks for the RL laugh : )
And how should we know that next friday there really will be an update, last week it sounded the same: Unfortunately no update THIS wweek. Which made everybody think that there will be an update the next friday, that is today. Now: Unfortunately no update THIS week... How should we know that no other problems occure and updates are delayed again next friday. Not the best situation for people who pay for servers that slowly die.
Not knowing the unforseen problems is part of EA isnt it ? for players and devs.
they said lats week there wil lbe no update but there will be a update this week
