Will there be a Linux port?
Will SCUM be also available on Linux? If yes, when?

How much "say" does Croteam have in the development of SCUM? Serious Sam 3 BFE Fusion runs nicely on Linux.

To those who hate Linux or those who do not believe in Linux gaming, please do not bother trolling here or dropping comments like "stop begging for games and just use Windows". We just want to play games on Linux and no Windows user is being forced to switch to Linux for gaming.

Thank you.

This is wonderful news that you do plan to support Linux. I look very forward to buying and playing this game. Thanks so much for considering supporting our platform.

Do you planned a Linux Dedicated Servers support first before the Gameport?

I fully support this game being on Linux. The only reason I even still use Windows (10) is because of gaming. Dual booted with my last PC (Windows and Mint 18), but haven't put Linux on my recent build. I would LOVE to have enough games I want to play to completely wipe the computer and just go Linux only. It is my dream to one day not have Microsoft. Please help.

Me -> wipe done in early 2017.
At first Linux Mint 17.3, following 18.x and since last weekend Linux Mint 19.

The native game selection is a little smaller... but the Windows games I wanted to continue playing (The Witcher 3, Skyrim and GTA V e.g.) I got to run with DXVK under Wine at the latest this year. This is the technology that has now been integrated into "Steam Play for Linux" aka "Proton". So I see rosier times ahead for us Linux gamers.

Wishlisting this - looks absolutely superb and I didn't imagine we'd get Linux support! Count me in!

Regarding the sweet release trailer: In real life you can't outrun a bear even if you are not loaded with equipment!

I will definitely buy a Linux version - especially if bears get unnerfed!
