I just bought the game and tried to play the tutorial. I get as far as the dialog telling me "Now select Leopoldville and a new menu will appear." I scroll the map so that I can see Leopoldville which is shown with 4 green rotating arrows, BUT I cannot select Leopoldville! Clicking on it has no effect. This is the same on Windows 10 and on Mac OS X 10.11.6....

is there any manual or site that describes the game, units or whatelse?

I have a transport in a location that also has the word CIVILIANS on it. However, I cannot figure out how to load them into my transport to send them to safety. Any suggestions?
