I wanted to play the game and when I launch it I get an error. I tried to reinstall and check the files and nothing helped

Despite what the Store Page says, I can't get this to run on my Steam Deck OLED at all. I have verified integrity and tried launching with default Proton, Experimental and latest Proton-GE. The game always gets stuck at the Splash Screen and the FPS counter freezes (if it even manages to be initialized)...

I cant gas+steer+shooting. I have to remove only 1 thing to do something. And how to disable fps cap when im destroyed ?
