Ways to gain reaper energy: 1. With any scythes on attacking and even more on killing. This is however really slow and can take some minutes (DLC scythes are bugged and don't give reaper energy) 2. Grim Talisman adds reaper energy on every hit with both scythes and secondary weapons 3. Items with "reaper energy on hit/kill/execute" stats 4. Abilities: Harvest with Red Harvest upgrade and Murder with Heralds of Death upgrade
I know but i watched a youtubbe video and it said to like actually get it like it will say you have unlocked reaper form it showed to fight the blacksmith guy the second maker you meet so thank you for the help.

I'm not completely sure about the first one.
You unlock the Reaper Form at level 6. I bet in the video he reached level 6 after defeating the maker.
