(ISSUE RESOLVED, as far as I know.) Bought before 15th. Do not have access to the building tools?
So I recently purchased my Vive, and among the first purchases I'd made when I purchased software for the Vive was Anyland. Now I'd found that for some reason despite this fact that I purchased it before the date (Bought it on the 10th... thus before the 15th), it is telling me that I need to now purchase access to these tools for the year, or get a one week free access trial.

Now truth be told this is quite a bit disheartening because I'd intended on purchasing this for quite some time, being an avid fan of Manylands... the 2d version created by the same group of people.

Is there some way that this can be fixed since I did indeed purchase it before the 15th? See my enclosed screenshot if you need proof.

Thank you for your time!

EDIT: Now yes some will notice that "Any" is highlighted. For the sake of quickly pulling things up, I did a quick google mail search for the word ,"Any"... in case people are wondering.

obviously phillip will be able to check what date you purchased it and if theres been an error itll get sorted. im unsure as to why your username is blocked out though as we can see that here anyway. theres no way to correlate that image with your profile which seems a bit suspect to me.

It shows an old user name, which is my steam login. Only reason I blocked it out is because I don't want my log in getting out. Now I don't know if things have changed recently, but back when I created my account (In about ~2004) was my display name/was my login for my steam account, along with my password.

Glitchy, sorry for that, it would happen if you never opened Anyland once before -- because then it was impossible for us to even know about you (we don't get any information about someone from Valve until they first actually open the app) :)

Could you please quickly confirm that you never opened Anyland before your first opening now, just so we know we understand the issue right? We'll then try to sort it out.

Yeah my display name is completely different.

I can confirm that I didn't open it until now haha. Sorry! Needless to say I can send you a copy of my transaction history if you'd like!

For the sake of quicker communications may I send you a friend's request - or do you have some other manner of correspondence that you prefer? I can remove you once all is said and done if you'd like!

Could you please email the details (your Steam user name + your Anyland name, in case you changed it) to ? Thanks! And you might be interested to hear that you're the second person who this happened to :)

Just posting an update here confirming that this has been taken care of! Now to head to bed, but am looking forward to learning to dabble more in Anyland tomorrow! :3
