green flashing screen

I can play the game on windowed, and windowed borderless but as soon as I go into fullscreen it starts a green flashing, is this an issue with the game whats happening here

This appears to be an issue with a lot of up to date UE4 games. In this game it isn't too bad, cus you can run it in borderless windowed and that should fix it, and it isn't bad for this kind of game.

THe other way to fix it is to go into nvidia control panel, Change resolution, scroll down here https://puu.sh/z3VVj/860ed06309.png

Set it to use nvidia colour settings, and set output dynamic range to limited.

THis will make colours look a bit ehh, but will fix the issue in fullscreen.

So far I know PUBG, fortnite, redout:enhanced edition are affected by this.
