...Stella's perma ped bastard ray can be also very good, but the car itself is pretty flimsy. It's so flimsy I think I'd rather just make a go of it with the Super Suppressor rather than the Stella-mobile. I'd use the Subpressor, but for some reason, the brakes on the Subpressor are about as good as Anthem: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful.
The Electro car is flimsy, and has more torque than it should for its weight, causing it to skid and float too easily, but once you get the hang of it (and spam the Repair Damage button), you can get those hard-to-reach peds, like the ones inside buildings they're supposed to be outside of.
Although in Reincarnated, I did have to use Give Me 'Ead and such to hit peds who were deep in the walls, especially at the chemical plant.
