[FIXED]UAP and High Res patches giving me trouble.

So I bought this gem recently and decided to revamp it a litte.
First I booted up the game and everything worked as intended, since I used to have the physical copy of the game a few years ago. Then I decided to use Unnoficial Arcanum Patch do fix some know issues and the High Res Patch to give it a wider look.
When configuring the High Res Patch it asked me for Width and Height, wich I then setted to 1920x1080, but when I ran the game it was showing like I inverted the order, 1080x1920. I double checked to see if it was a mistake, but it wasnt.
But then I actually did one, by re-installing instead of reconfiguring. I tried to reverse the width and height to see if it would work, but now it always shows me a random resolution with chopped graphics, inverted collors and no mouse.
I tried reconfiguring and reinstalling the patch and the game, I even deleted any regedit info about arcanum I could find, but any reinstalling of the game shows me the mess that the res patch did.

Now I cant play the game.

You manually clean up the leftover files after uninstalling the game via Steam?

Yes, like I said, I even deleted any trace of arcanum in regedit. That was around my third reinstall.

Hmm, I'm sorry but that just doesn't make sense to me. Hope someone is able to come up with something.

Try running the Hi-Rez patch again and put the resolution back in the way it was maybe?

Also tried, to no avail.
No matter the res I input either by reinstalling or reconfiguring it stays at a random res with chopped graphics, inverted colours and no mouse.

I can only think that there may be an .ini or config file somewhere on your system that is causeing this issue. Check your My Documents, %appdata%, saves folders for any Arcanum Files. Might be in a folder named Sierra.

Nothing there. Searched for any recent .ini or .cfg, or anything arcanum/sierra related. Nothing. Still not working.

Seems like I fixed it.
Looking at the pic I posted I noticed what looks like a second screen next to the menu. I then deactivated my second monitor instead of just displaying everything in the first and vanilla worked fine.
Installed Highres Patch and its fine too.
So its a problem with dual monitors, strange that I was the first one with this issue, since I found nothing to help me with it.
