Lol game is not dead. How much time did you play ? You went in disputable zone ? In corrupted ? You did the mining, or siege ?
Is there a vote for on life support? I'll pick that for this game.
I´m new and... i think there is nobody except a pair of russian players and me

You tried to join a guild ?
I have over 2000 hours into the game, across a number of servers, currently on Labium in Europe.. there are people playing, but unless you're in a guild, there are very few people talking in chat. Maybe that's understandable in the European server where there are potentially lots of languages and one has to use a Google translator to read and write messages, but yeah there are far fewer players involved than when it was in Alpha stage. Going to a free-to-play model may have grabbed a number of new people to look into it, but many of the old-timer regulars felt cheated and left. Then the devs went and borked the economics of the game and made iron so hard to find that most non-guild players get to bronze level crafting and cannot go any further because there's no iron to be had to advance further.
And word gets around about that and fewer and fewer people are interested in even wasting the time.

Then there's someone such as myself who didn't heed the warning, got up to Iron tier only to find out.
I hear that often, and it's plain to see in the number of decays on the servers. Things got A LOT worse when the devs decided to consolidate the types of servers and eliminated both Casual & Hardcore on the PvE line of servers in favor of just Casual. Iron ore is so much harder to find, and all of the containers are locked so no one can give away materials to others, nor can anyone steal stuff any more from unprotected containers ( I know several people who left the game for that reason alone! ) Now, people don't even bother locking their doms or closing their doors because almost nothing can be taken anyway except crops.

I seen it all too often.
