I think the only way you could get Bill's hat would be to trade a few unusual items... Bill's hat is so rare that it's worth a LOT.

Worthless then, it is just an accessory. That is like "Sega Genesis Console" is worthless since the computer can emulate these games. Unless it has some kind of PAWN value of 10,000 dollars after being very rare and its a hobby collectable item, it doesn't do anything.

I would atleast have expected that the item improves your stats in the game. Like most MMO's do.

Yeah, some people are. I mean, it would be cool to have it, but in reality, it doesn't matter, and it's not worth an arm and a leg to get it. All it really is is a couple of pixels on a screen.

does it look like i was even talking to you? i was just saying to everyone, and i dont care if someone can mod their tf2. the closest of the "everyone" would be the OP, to whom my information about the price of the bills hat would be the most educative, and it would be bad to take those hats off someone, when they are worth so much, and i know that they were meant to be resold by Nuseman.
