Where is host_framerate?

I have a bunch of demo files I want to turn into videos but the host framerate command is missing. Without this video and audio will become out of sync. When you type it in the game does not auto-fill in the rest and if you type it it it will say "Unknown command" Host framerate is it every Valve game I have played other than this one. Does anyone know if they changed the command to do this?
