My knowledge about cyrylic alphabet is poor, so I could understand this in wrong way, but you mean you can't find any servers, right? Use server browser (openserverbrowser in console), but you may get into friends-only server and get kicked. But it is better to search for play in evening hours, like now (when I am writing it).
