Random numbers?

HI there,

Is it possible to generate random numbers? I know there's a blackjack mini-game, but I'm having difficulty understanding exactly how it works. If I could generate some random numbers, assign them to variables, and select random things from a list, that would be very useful in transforming a basic visual novel into something more like a game.

Hi, you can use Number Variable command and for Source you can select "Random" and then you can set a From-To Range to generate a random number. You can also use that random number to pick a value from a list if you use it as Index. (Get from List command)

Doesn't seem to work for me. I'm probably doing something wrong. Thanks anyway. I wish this software were easier to use and had better documentation.

Hopefully someday someone will make a tutorial that will guide us through all the requirements needed to use variables.
