My PC is decent, yes the loading is longer than some other games(open world?) but not in the 5 minutes mark, perhaps 2-3 minutes tops.
I9-9900ks
Nvidia 2080ti
64gb Corsair Ram
I tried switching drives, but still having the long load times. Extremely long, the games runs super smooth though, but I also can't get past the tutorial. Infinite loading screen there.
the heck are you talking about? SSD is the best thing you can get for loading time. That's like saying the Bugatti Veyron is not a good car for drag racing!
And 5 seconds with HDD? I think that's not possible.
Well, it is possible lol I played it for hours with very fast load times. When you say load times, are you talking about booting the game up? Also, SSD isn't the only important thing. Could be that your graphics card can't cope with the settings you have enabled etc.
I mean, the guy right above you has the best system we can afford as consumers right now, and you're saying (and sounds like a general conclusion), it's like their hardware is at fault. Sure, every system is different, but for this, I think it's not the case.
It's on the loading screen where you get all the tips.. I have an old system from 5 years ago, except the M.2 SSD, and for gaming it's still the same performance as ryzen 2600/2700 and 1060 3GB, and when it was loaded, I played it on 1080p Maxed settings, easily 60fps, capped.
but why would I lie about this? for the record, I have a 1080ti and an i7 9th gen CPU. I would be more than happy to record the load times if you think I am making it up lol
Well, it is their hardware at fault technically. The developer hasn't optimised it well, which was a possibility that I mentioned in my first comment.
