Mr Miz and the amulet

has anyone else played this in coop and found that only one person gets the amulet?
for a game designed to be coop this is rather disappointing. I understand the amulet is like the vualt hunter relic and only one person needs it equiped however to get the achievement you must equip it meaning only one person gets the achievement, unless you pass the amulet around to others in your party. why isn't this like every other mission and everyone in coop gets the item in thier inventory?

also i have 4 amulets at this point so if anyone wants/needs an amulet leave a response here, please do not add me as i will only respond to those who post here.
also keep in mind if you get an amulet from me you will be cheating yourself out of an acheivement if you equip it before doing the mission for yourself!

yes i still have a spare, it is level 61 though

For some weird reason I only saw him once but didn't accept the quest.
Then I came back later and it seems that he's gone...?

You probably have to fight Handsome something again in order to get him to respawn

there is something you have to do before he can appear but once you do that he isn't always there either
