Bloodlust does not stack?

So Ive played alot of BL2, and I love every single bit of it, but now Im noticing an issue. Bloodlust stacks are earned whenever you damage an enemy, right? But whenever I damage an enemy, nothing happens.

Please help. This completly breaks a playstyle for Krieg and ruins the experience for me :C.

i play as krieg and they def stack counts up right above xp bar. and if you have blood filledguns you will notice larger and larger clips

I realise this, but nothing happens for me. I get no stacks, I get no bonuses, I get nothing at all.

On top of this, Im noticing problems with the AI too. At random, Enraged Goliaths will completly forget that I am shooting at them and just walk around while doing nothing, bandits will randomly stop shooting and look at the sky, and some bandits even glitch through their cover.

I honestly have no idea what is going on.

You did invest skill points in Bloodlust skill tree, right? I'm not saying you're stupid, but still worth mentioning.

Yeah, I just started a new game and I already have 1 point in Bloodlust. Like all stack skills (Anarchy and so on), you should be able to earn stacks when you have at least 1 point in that skill.

But for some reason, it just isnt doing anything.

Well apparently all that the game needed was a restart, but that still does not explain the actions of the bandits, as I have said above:

On top of this, Im noticing problems with the AI too. At random, Enraged Goliaths will completly forget that I am shooting at them and just walk around while doing nothing, bandits will randomly stop shooting and look at the sky, and some bandits even glitch through their cover.

Haha, didn't took much time. About AI, one time while I was beating up with some badass, there was raging goliath walking by like nothing happend. And also dancing shock skag at WEP, he didn't even attacked me after I came close.

But verifying files wouldn't hurt.
