Mopioid Commander Mod stopped working

Since the UHD graphics patch mopioids commander mod doesn't work on neither BL2 nor TPS anymore.
Whenever I try to start the game while the mod is installed it instantly shuts down, but starts working perfectly when I remove the mod.

Before the update it worked perfectly.
Does anybody else has the same problem and perhaps a solution ?

The solution is to download and install BorderlandsHexMultitool (Google it) to re-patch the game so that you can use mods.
