Getting new trucks on the road?

I purchased the truck and trailer hired a driver. Read the manual, clicked every damn thing in the game and still can't figure out how to get this truck assigned to a driver. How do I get this truck rolling?

Go in your depot (truck management button in the upper left, then click the big "P").

Its all in there.

Also, you can use drivers right away, as soon as you've hired them. For trucks and trailers, they get delivered from the place you bought them to the place where you told them to go (Augusta early on in the campaign).

You'll see it coming on the map.

New problem now. Sold Bowman's old truck bought him a new one. Reassigned him to new truck. Now I can't get the fleet menu to open again after leaving depot.

Hi Anubis,

try to pull a contract into a schedule and the truck fleet should pop up directly after you signed off the schedule.

Yup tried that. Fleet no longer appears after switching out that truck.

Could you maybe upload a screenshot or send us your savegame and logfile so that we can find out what is happening here ?
