The Game Won't Start

I install the game and when i click on "Play" he wont start ( no error no nothing... just not starting the game).
When i go to direcory instalation folder where i have installed the game to Bin--> Win32--> Starter and i double click on "starter" wich i suposed must lauch the game it gives me this error "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem... any iddea ? I reinstall the game same problem :(

Try to reinstall all vcredist components.
