Yes the d3d hacks yes, not what im talking about. Thanks for misinforming people though.
40% is possible (many div1 players didnt end below 30%) and 40% as alien is pretty bad.
I can think of at least 6-8 hackers who play NS2 regularly and have people believing that "they're just skilled" There's no point in even trying to point out their hacks though, because people will just stupidly point to their kdr or their accuracy and say "see not a hacker" as if kdr and accuracy were ANY sort of indicator. (note: aimbots can be set so they don't go above a certain accuracy percentage)
The existence of cheaters doesn't make NS2 a "bad" game though. Not in any way. If you want to see what a "bad" game is, then just look at any of the matchmaking based CoD's. Talk about being open to cheaters...
Noone said, there are no cheaters in NS2.
I met around 5 in my 4 years of playing.
Well, compared to other games this is basicly nothing.
I played Warface for a short time and after one week i reached the point there where i was "the hacker". From this point people insulted me in EVERY ♥♥♥♥♥ round.
This game has no 1st person spec, so you cant check players by yourself and this might be one reason.
But from my point of view, 80% of the players there are so ♥♥♥♥♥ bad they should stop playing shooters right away.
And Warface is a super simple easy learn game.
The post opener has 80hrs in NS2 and he played against competitive players with 2000hrs and more for sure.
These comp players are far far far beyon a 80hrs pub player when it comes to aim, positioning, mapwarenes and gamesense.
And cause the small playerbase its like you play against NIP-Friberg in CS:Go.
From the casual perspective Friberg (one of the best CS:go players) might be a cheater but he isnt.
If you own CS:Go try this with the same settings from the video and you become an idea of how much better these kind of players are.
I was shocked after i tried it by myself:

I'm kinda interested to know who the 6-8 are that you have in mind. Not to prove you wrong, or scream and shout about it, but to see if they are familiar names or ask around if they aren't.
But of course, no naming and shaming...
