Help us translate Steam
I've done everything you did and mine does that on server browser. 267 had the bug and 268 broke the game. I haven't been able to get into a game in over a week.
It's been posted on UWE's website but there doesn't seem to be a fix for it.
Sadly, this is how you take a dying game and take it out behind the barn. Whatever the Devs did, they're now going to lose long time players who are just sick of the instability.
They'd be better off returning the game to 266.

After you've read this thread: http://forums.unknownworlds.com/discussion/131384/how-to-make-a-good-tech-support-post
We specifically need you to run techsupport.exe (in your NS2 folder) while ns2 is running/crashing and post your dump file on our forums. Issues like this are rare, and if our Playtest team can't reproduce them it's hard to even know what's causing it or investigate. Any and all help from those getting it will help others.
Thanks!
I don't think this is actually rare considering the number of people who've posted on steam and on the UWE forums.
Anyways, I agree with Tridog. Even if it does get patched, the game since its release has been exceptionally buggy. I'm really just had it with the sheer instability NS2 has been since I started 900 hours ago.
This is the straw that breaks the camel's back.
