I came to ask the same thing. The game executable was updated and now it says host game or join game. It's no longer a physics based soccer game for up to 10 local players. It's an online game about penguins trying to get through an obstacle course. Looks like they're pushing out an entirely different game using an existing steam id slot. Not cool.

On the store page there is a "report game" flag. I suggest everyone reading this reports the game as fraud.
