help with creating a custom race mod?

I've been trying to see if i can find a video tutorial on how to make it but i'm not able to but i've been wanting to learn on how to make a mod so i can create a custom Race so i could essentially play as my furry character that i use in VRChat i'll provide a link to the model for ideas for what the base model looks like at the bottom.

But I've been hoping to see if there is a tutorial on how to do this, but i'm not very smart at PC modding but would like to learn how to import the avatar model into skyrim as a separate race, i understand i need at least blender to be able to do some of the technical stuff this but i learn more easily by seeing a video than reading text as i easily get confused.

Any help will be greatly appreciated ^.^
