I heard that there is a way to play LE mods on Special Edition But I don't know how to do it so that this is a way you could play this mod on Special Edition.

I couldn't find an existing port, but if you want to have a go at it yourself this is a pretty comprehensive guide. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1926005995 IDK if this covers all the filetypes in the Dark Haven mod. If you want to give it a try, make a clean hard save, then install the Dark Haven mod and then convert the various files. If it doesn't work, uninstall the mod and resume play from your clean, pre-Dark Haven save.
basically only a formID for certain things and a version number increment will change, the game is still the same game, papyrus still papyrus, etc. though, the troubles come in when you want to be inclusive of the things that SE has by default, like the DLCs and their various things... but the oldrim resources especially textures need to be updated to a different format and you'll probably want to re-archive it anyway, and that's where Cathedral comes in, one-stop shopping for oldrim porting, with tuts even video ones for the would-be mod converter... https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/23316
(I'm sure this is in the guide mikk linked, it's tiresome to do manually without helper apps)

edit: though if you saw someone already playing it, they already did it, so try being lazy first and reach out to them and see if they'll share!

Like Death said, it's probably best to reach out to the streamer you watched. This is a complicated mod to port. If you successfully ported this you could definitely pat yourself on the back for mastering a variety of challenges.

Thanks a lot, though a more urgent issue that I've encountered recently is I may need to combine some esps, because now my modlist is reaching to the limit of 255 esm+esp, just seeking some advice about that action.

And that ported version according to the streamer comes from a forum called 9damao, but I've some trouble downloading it, in which the website requires the user to be a certain 'level' of the forum:steamsad:
well, unlike nexus, 9dm (as far as it used to be, anyway) doesn't actually host the bigger mods, they'll be on some possibly crappy d/l site, usually yandex which requires another registration, or something else annoying... do you know the name it's posted under in han? can you copy the non-translated chinese name and search for it that way?

get a chinese-speaking (well, reading) friend to help on this one, if you can.
as for merging mods, don't start there... start xEdit / SSEEdit (same program, just renaming it SSE makes it default to -tes5) and see which of those mods can be ESLified, there's usually a lot that modders never bother and leave it up to each user, especially ones not updated since before 1.6.640 came out... xEdit has a handy little script called (gasp!) Find ESP plugins which can be turned into ESL... if you're confused by what I'm saying, just google "ESLify mods with xEdit" and you'll find many a tutorial and howto video.

Just as a heads-up, some of us poked around in the mod files and the comments on the modpage. IDK if the SSE variation you found made any repairs, but the original mod seems to have been incomplete and abandoned, and there are some files in the downloads with formats not used since Oblivion/FO3/FNV. Whatever this mod's promise it seems to be a bit of a mess.

Oh, that's how you do it?! I actually have get started with the XEdit a little bit, such as how to use ESMifyer on Nexus to transformed some of the esp mods into esm to lower down the number refr in my game all the way from nearly 958k to an acceptable value......
