But yeah I feel you, I only installed the game the other day and finished modding it after a long break, It's weird how they always update the game at the worst possible time for me.
Official patch notes from website (December 2023) - https://steamcommunity.com/app/489830/discussions/0/4039229127173058322/
They included a whole bunch of bug fixes as well.
Yes, I immediately deactivated the updates as soon as it happened, but having recently started playing it again I didn't believe that after years it would still be updated
although starting it with SKSE I think it will update anyway, since it also starts from steam
Isn't there a way to play without updating a game?
SKSE have already updated a little while ago.
but the problem is that if you have installed the "Address Library for SKSE Plugins" mod you have to wait for the update there too to play it
wow that looks awesome! but isn't there one that leads to patch "1.6.659"?
Well you never know when they are going to suddenly put out a pointless unwanted update, so it's best to always keep the updates off.
No, but they dont enjoy forced updates, nor do they enjoy updates that barely have anything to offer to the player experience.
They added 21:9 support, nice!
..but it's worse, that with the mod...Todd, wtf
Stay patient, cutie.
