Skyrim together + Witcher mods = Witcher Coop game?

I watched The Witcher series with my wife and now we would like to play a Witcher game in coop. Sadly none of the actual Witcher games offer anything in terms coop or multiplayer at all and there is nothing close to this game or series regarding MMOs either. This has led me to the idea of just turning Skyrim into a Witcher universe with mods combined with the Skyrim together mod.

Did anyone try turning Skyrim into a Witcher world too, while also playing with others via Skyrim Together mod? Is it possible to make coop work with the mods from the vid?

Honestly it does work if they have the same mods with the same load order but skyrim together is very janky. Game is only single player.
