Report a translation problem
For a more comprehensive answer, please tell us which mod manager you are using and post your load order (if you are using standalone LOOT, do this by clicking on "Game" in the toolbar, and then "Copy Load Order" and paste the results in the body of your reply.
It's basically as Mikk said above; you've got a loop. One mod must be above another (such as a "Master"), but you've told it to be below it (such as a patch that relies on the Master). LOOT can't order something in 2 places, so it becomes a cycle.
