Then I followed the instructions on https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/5awtkm/guide_quick_and_dirty_way_to_remove_skse_warning/
which;
1) Removes the 'missing SKSE' warnings.
2) Disables Item search as it doesn't work.
3) Fixes the misaligned 3D preview for items.
Additional info / programs needed;
1) Java version 8 update 131 (needed for the JPEXS program, I'm not sure what specific version is required but thats the one i used).
2) JPEXS (Free Flash Decompiler)
3) Skyrim ini file location 'DRIVE LETTER:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition'
I've not had any problems with any of the interfaces (alchemy, enchanting, shops etc. . . are all OK) other than a minor issue with chests / cupboards I use for storage.
When switching the inventory view back from the chest to what my character is carrying and then back again to the chest by clicking the word Chest at the bottom, the contents of the chest are not shown. To get the contents of the chest to show again (without closing and re-opening the chest) I have to click on the word 'chest' at the bottom and then click on the chest icon that is superimposed over my characters inventory icons in the row of 'categories' at the top.
Good luck.
Edit: Changes to last paragraph.
Don't you intend on playing Skyrim SE tho? There is no "set date" or anything so I don't know why you said "for now". I'm glad it was the first thing I did (well, and a lot of my other mods from oldrim) since I've played plenty of it since then.
I am playing SE. Just started a few days ago. I said "for now" in hope that someday Sky UI will be released for SE. But by then I will probably be bored of the game anyway XD

Yeah, I get that superimposed icon issue when using a bag of holding. It's annoying, but not a deal-breaker. The miniscule font size in the inventory could use tweaking though.
EDIT: For those interested, if you open 'skyui_cfg.txt', which you can find in '../Steam/SteamApps/Common/Skyrim Special Edition/Data/Interface/', and edit the following lines...
"entry.format.size = 18" (change to 18 from 13)
"label.format.size = 16" (change to 16 from 12)
...each of which occurs twice (once for inventory list, then again for spells list, so make sure you scroll down), it will make the text a little easier to read. Just don't go crazy with the sizing or text will start to get cut off. This should help anyone else who gets a screaming migraine from squinting at microscopic words for hours on end.
