So, im quite new to this game (level 5 only) and i still dont know what "class" i should choose.
This is the reason i have opened this thread, to let me hear your opinion on the optimal class. I dont have a favourite one yet, so please dont tell me its up to me, as i would like to hear your opinion.

You can be all. There are no class restrictions here like D&D.
As proof, I excel in Restoration, Archery, and Two-Handed.

How am I supposed to give you my opinion if you don't want to me to tell you? There's no such thing as an optimal class in this game, just play it in the way that is the most fun for you. The only thing you should avoid is spreading yourself too thin at first. Focus on one area for awhile rather trying to do everything at once. Once you have a few levels under your belt, then you can add more abilities.

Please, i literally asked you to not tell me the classic "Its entirely your choice" comment. It is valid indeed, but i asked you people that i would like to hear what you think about those "Classes" that you can choose. I hope you understand what i mean, but thanks for sharing your opinion anyway.

Magic if on lower than expert difficulty (adept or lower) other than than swords are better than arrows without sneak.

Yes I understand what you mean, but by adding that restriction you've made it impossible for anyone to really answer you. So your whole thread becomes pointless.

it isnt impossible to answer, there are examples of people who did what i asked them to do for me. To clarify:

Is not supposed to tell you that you should not answer with your opinion, but rather asking the reader to not give me the "It is based on the kind of gameplay you like the most" answer.

Use a magic bow with magic swords taped onto the end

Do you like to be the sneaky type? I'm currently playing some rogue thief assassin kind of class, I like to sneak around, steal and ambush, I started with doing that using Archery and I've spend a good amount of skillpoints in that tree but I can also hit even harder with a sneak attack using a dagger. So I use both range and melee and use the one that's best for the situation, and I also use magic from the Alteration tree. Very fun way to play imo, but it's really all up to you, there is a lot of freedom with plenty of skillpoints to create a class that you like to play.

You can also play as some death knight, focus on heavy armor, can with a 2-hander or with shield, and you can combine it with Conjure magic that can "raise the dead" that will fight on your side.

But by all means, don't be afraid to just try some things out :)

No there aren't. There are posts by people mentioning what kinds of tactics you can use in the game. Which is a totally different thing than what you were originally asking for.

you need to play melee (+Alchemy & Enchanting & Smithing to boost weapon damage) for highest dps (optimal?)

Look, these Classes are bound to skill-trees, which symbolise a specific way to play the game, and the utilised skills then get to be the tactic of approaching a situation. Its not different, its just more generalized.

This is outside the parameters of your request, but if you are new to the game, you might be interested in reading the following (it may even give you more questions to ask - and answer some you haven't even thought of, yet):

I think that for your first playthrough you should just play the game then when you feel like making a new character then choose Warrior, mage, or Marksman
