So if I pressed the sorting in LOOT, applied it, it should be "sorted" by your standard? I never used it, I used to rely on Mod Organizer to fix stuff in oldrim and now on the built in tools.
I did as I said and it has not resolved the issue.
To my understanding, sorting effects the load order, which is only applied upon starting a new game. From there, the save file loads stuff in it's own order.

As mentioned earlier, you are missing atlease one compatibility patch. You may need to take the time to look for compatibility patches and read your mods' descriptions for possible conflicts with other mods.

The patches may require new games though. You could resort to console commands if you do not want to start a new game.

You have the prerequisite perks correct? And a free perk point?

I had issues with that perk for a while now, I have 5 perk points, and have unlocked 2/2 of the previous perks. It is "locked". The problem is that I can't even select it as a unlock candidate (although I meet the requirements) but the other perk trees work fine.

Ah, I've used this perk before. Do you have any mods that change armor or armor calculation at all?

A sorted list provided by LOOT would help.

I probably have some that change armor.
Here I downloaded loot to get a list for you: (Note, not all of these are active, i sorted this in LOOT so the order in game might be different)

well I have always a loot sort however it's probably something in the load order ... however can't be bothered atm playing with another perk mod.
Sinsling Jan 25, 2018 @ 11:15am
You seem to be missing a compatibility patch for apocalypse to work with ordinator perks. Don't think that would hlock the light armor perk though.

Are you looking for a fix without starting a new save though?

Playing without a sorted list can still cause problems. Since his wasn't sorted, there is no way to know if that was the problem or not.
Debugger Jan 25, 2018 @ 11:24am
I had the same problem, and it was caused by a conflicting mod called "Helmet Perk Remover". This mod also modifies the light armor perk tree. After removing it, the Ordinator perk tree worked fine.

As I do not see this mod in your list, I guess you need to find the conflicting mod and then check if there is a patch for it.

So if I pressed the sorting in LOOT, applied it, it should be "sorted" by your standard? I never used it, I used to rely on Mod Organizer to fix stuff in oldrim and now on the built in tools.
I did as I said and it has not resolved the issue.
