Game Files Location

Hello Guys, I need help Locating Skyrim SE local Files installed in my PC But can't find them. I wanted to install this mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9348/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrimspecialedition%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D9348%26preview%3D&pUp=1) But can't locate the SSE In Steam>Steamapps>Common>Special Edition> and its Empty can't find anything. Please Help me. I can See files IF I go through this steam application SSE>Properties>Local Files. But cant Locate them without going through Steam>Steamapps>Common>Special Edition. It will HELP ME ALOOOOT If someone can help.

Right click Skyrim in the Steam library, go to properties, local files, browse local files. :)
