Have you tried launching the game to see if there was a back up in the cloud? This may fix your issue.
- Ubisoft Customer Support
I was trying everything i think. But I dont know how to check backup in the cloud. I read somewhere about that new save owerwrite old save in cloud.
Can you please disable the cloud save option in Uplay and launch South Park. You will need to play the game for a little while so the game creates a new save file.
Once you have done this, please exit the game, enable cloud save again and the game should detect a difference in between saves and ask you which one you wish to use.
If this does not resolve your issue, unfortunately, there's no other way to recover your lost save.
