How often does this game go on sale?
I'm interested in the game as I've played 3.5 hours of the demo but not at all interested in paying £29.99 for a game that game out 5 years ago :Burn:

You can always find it on sale during the big sales and every once in a while you can find it on the smaller sales.

It's that much? It goes on sale once in a while. You'll find one eventually.

eh well it's that much for it w/ the dlc and if i end up enjoying it i will have to buy the dlc seperately therefore missing out on the bundle discount.

The DLC are completely optional. They both play very differently than the base game and even if you enjoy the base game you may or may not like one or both of the DLC. I have them all, love warband and Viking Conquest , but dislike Napoleanic wars as I dislike multiplayer and guns. Plus there are free mods that are better than any of the DLC.

I would argue that most mods are not as good as any of the DLC. Only a few come up to their level and those are not nearly as detailed at the DLC.
