It might be a demo thing, but I feel like they're aiming to be much more about a business management game themed around game design, rather than a game about designing a map and having players engage with it.
Similar as they are in concept, the goals for the games seem like they'll be very different.
Yep, I just played the demo, and I could not design my own quests. The quests had pre-defined buildings and pre-defined npcs. Then I became stuck in the game because the players for some reason where not exploring the dungeon. And I can only proceed if the player kill all the enemies inside the dungeon. I got angry and deleted the demo.
