Players not changing zones

This is the second time i've try to play. my players won't move into the new zone no matter what i try. does anyone know a fix or maybe what i could be doing wrong?

Have you tried sending them to different zones with quests?

Not even that, if a zone is level 1 and the 'players' reach level 2, they seem to move pretty much immediately. Never had any issues with players not migrating between zones.

Do you have a level 2 zone connected via a mountain pass or flight path?
