Tooltip fade

[ViperDC]

Is there a setting/mod to disable the tooltip fade in and out? It's painfully slow, not to mention the sound effect being a bit much.

there is no option yet to alter tooltip behaviour. But yes tooltip animation could be faster, it annoys me too.
