Streaming on discord causes the GPU draw to go 100%

128gb DDR4 RAM
RTX 4070

Resolution 1440p everything maxed. Game draws 30% without stream but just goes to 100% and sits at 10-15 fps when you start streaming your screen. I've tried turning off hardware accel on discord and this is the only game that interacts this way with discord.

Twitch streaming is fine and recording works fine for YT.

Why in the world does this happen if anyone knows? It cant be a bitcoin miner attached to the game in any way right? Because that is the way its acting.
