Is there anyway to turn off that wierd effect that is applied to the in-game mouse cursor? It's highly distracting and kinda makes it a bit difficult to use.

Also how do I turn off the tutorial? Tried making several different new games but the thing keeps following me and I kinda want to make my own game without it.

Go to the options and click static mouse.

Also, when making a new game and have completed the tutorial at least once, there is a little checkbox named "play tutorial" or the like, just make sure this is unchecked to go without tutorial!

I'm having an issue where the mouse is stuck in the middle of the screen, and will sort of stretch out and whip back to the center ... I can't select anything ... if only i could get to the options button ... just bought the game .. and I can't even play it .. i worry I'm going to waste 2 hours today TRYING to get it to work and then be screwed ...

EDIT - Any ideas ? I looked for a config file to tweak .. nothing .. the mouse is stuck in the middle of the screen on the title screen .. i can't do anything but press escape and clear off the first popup. No Tabs .. no Alt-Key options to work with to by pass this .. I've tried relaunching the game multiple times and can't find a work around or what is even causing this ;/

Hi it is weird. I have a similar problem, i can only move the cursor in the upper left square of my screen, also being unable to reach any acept buttons on options window, even if i slide the window to the top i ant reach it.

If you have a controller plugged in, unplug it whilst playing mmorpgtycoon2. I had some weird mouse behaviour with my ps4 controller plugged in at the same time.

Really? I have Xbox ontroller Tongle plugged in. Will try, thanks for the great hint friend!

Yeah I thought the same thing .. did not have a controller plugged in, but I did have a Steering wheel plugged in, and I thought about that, even turning the wheel to see if that did anything, but it didn't. Oddly enough, after a dozen odd restarts of the game, it just started working again as normal, and hasn't repeated yet, so I don't know what happened. I like to believe that the dev saw my post and did a micro patch in a few minutes ... I like to believe that XD but the reality is its a mystery now, but I don't care, as long as it works :)
