Meadow Appreciation Thread
I just thought between all the requests and other threads we could use a thread like this.

I just want to say thank you for making this game and listening to requests we have!
This game is really special, and playing it so relaxing. It's such a different experience and it feels so magical thanks to the they way you interact with people thanks to the lack of a chat.
Playing this game after a long day of work is the best thing ever, and I look forward to it everyday. I have had some really great and cute experiences in this game so far and already treasure them.

I can't wait to see how this game grows, and I hope it will as it truly deserves it.

So thank you for creating such a comfy, relaxing and adorable game!

Totally agree, especially on the lack of chat. It forces you to find other ways to communicate.

Love this game :)

Love this game. Cant wait for foxes and other animals to be added.

Atleast playing this I wont have people shouting "SUKA BLYAT" or something else stupid at me.

I'd pay more for this game than call of duty anyday.

Honestly one of my favorite games right now, it's just so relaxing.
Beyond fun to run around with other players exploring, even if you seen the entire map twice it's still fun!

(Tack ska ni ha, mitt första spel var Meadow och nu äger jag nästan allt ni har släppt... köper det sista om några timmar hah!)

What Might and Delight have created is fantastic! And I feel so at ease with the community. Small though it may be, it's so welcoming and heartwarming. Everyone on discord is sweet and helpful. It's a stark contrast to the community of another game I play.

I just really appreciate everything the devs are doing for Meadow. It's so comforting to know I can turn to this game and community ;u;

... I played it during the closed beta and was a little skeptical about how much fun it could give... but now that servers are well populated, I loved it so much! The alternative but still effective communication between different and same animal, the genuine teamwork or just the relaxing roaming with new found companions. It is really nice.

Thank you for creating a relaxing (unless people rush, heheh) and unique game (style, 'chat', aim and more). (c:

I've made more friends on Meadow within 3 days than I have IRL my entire life. I always get really emotional whenever I have to say goodbye for some reason :'(

Actually, that sounds pretty cool, on your new friends topic. I can say I met many awesome and friendly people during my Meadow experience. How one simple game with pretty much no gameplay can affect your life in such a positive manner :meadowlovebadger:

Oh, and those goodbyes - always so emotional ^^

Oh yes, saying good bye - I don't play many multiplayer games (erratic game schedule) but the parting in this game is the only one where I feel anything. Parting is such bitter-sweet sorrow certainly applies here for me. Especially when you spent a couple of hours with someone who matches your goofiness and whatnot's. ^_^

One of my favorite games indeed. Along with shelter 2, PC:E and Isle. But if i had to choose, shelter 2 and meadow would top my other 2 favorites for their serene, relaxing atmosphere. Not to mention soundtrack that goes great with them. It's very peaceful and meaningful and being the kind of nature lover i am, the darn thing would speak to me if it could. XD

I myself personally love this game, it's great to go around and explore eveything and see what the different biomes have. I also like how you interact with people/ other animals without talking. I love the relaxing atmosfer and the serenity that the game brings, thank you so much for your hard work. And I'm sure whatever things you add to the game will be great to. And also thank you for listening or looking at poples suggestions as well.

...When I was a child I always dreamt about this kind of games - where you can play as an animal and just run in the big and beautiful world. Meadow is just like a game from my childish dreams, really!

I love everything in Meadow, I love the idea of peaceful world without any conflicts between players (pvp) or any other dangers that can be so annoying for me. Meadow helps me to relax and rest from stress and deep depression, and I think this is more important and touching than just having fun in computer games...

Also, I love the art-style and music in Meadow and all Shelter games. Very unique and beautiful style, it gives me a lot of feelings and inspiration.
I love the world design, characters and their animations and I can spend a hours just for running and looking how my character run. I think this never become too boring for me, yeah. I want to say thank you to all artists and animators of this game.

Well, maybe I'm too bad in any kind of communication with others so usually I play just alone or with my best friend. But I'm glad that there is no chat and I feel every player as a part of the world, but not like "a human who plays the game" - it's like if one animal meets another one and they can talk with each other by emotions and their voices. This idea is just perfect for me and for the world of animals I think.
...
I'm really glad that there is such unique and wonderful games like Meadow, and I'm very thankfull to M&D. I hope this game will live and grow, and I hope it never lose it's unique idea and soulful world.
