How to force conflux to recognize the game?

While I tried to play game, I found official site of Might and Magic; heroes 6
Where I entered the Conflux panel, but the site said this
"Your Uplay account does not seem to have any data found for Heroes VI"
But I had already activated the game! Can anyone tell me how to fix it?
