The Blackbox Project literally IMPOSSIBLE to complete

The quest it self says to find this "Josh Dalton" guy, so I thought why not searching him on an security station? His name wasn't in the G.U.T.S. section, so I searched his name in ALL of the sections of the security station, guess what, NON EXISTING.
I even searched online, and where the body should be (Basically in a hidden place close to a pipe, in the way of the Cargo Bay), and guess what I found? Some blood particles, and NOTHING ELSE.
I searched online why he wasn't there, then I found a reddit thread talking about that the body wasn't there, and its place was later changed in a "easier" way to find it, the guy that made the post said that he found it on section-39, but I don't even know where the heck is it.
So since he isn't in the security station, and on the old place, and now it's supposed to be in this "Section-39" whatever the ♥♥♥♥ that is, it's literally impossible to me to understand where is he.
Unless some of you can give to me more info about this "Section-39" I could try to give it a check, and if he isn't even there, then just F*CK this quest.

This may help, maybe not, but I thought I'd pass it along.

After the DLC update, they did move Josh Dalton. In fact, I found him accidentally. This is where he was for me.

When you come out of the first section of the G.U.T.S.(After the Magnetoshpere), and enter the part where the cargo conveyors are, don't go toward the Arbouretum. He's close, in the opposite direction from the Arbouretum, inside one of the covered service walkways (or whatever they are).

I had to save and completely restart to get the 'Marker", that is supposed to tag personnel that you select in the Security Computers, to show up. this has been a recurring problem for me with all "tagged" personell since day one.

Not to belittle you, but it's not a bug if you don't know where Section 39 is. You're not paying attention. Each subsection is numbered, like road mileage numbers, and are painted large and bold on the walls. Follow the numbers.

Same is true of there being no Josh Dalton in the security computer. He's there. Try Hardware Labs group, and check how things are alphabetized.

Loving this game but it has one of the worst navigation systems i have ever seen, "one of".. Not to mention, most lame hacking mini game ever.

He is in the list. Check again. Once you activate him, you will have no problem. Then come back and apologize.

As I said, I searched in ALL of the sections, he isn't there, I swear to everything that HE isn't in the security station.
