Are you serious? Have you updated your drivers? Is Windows fully updated? Other specs?
Kozzy May 5, 2017 @ 12:08am
That is wierd, I have a 1060 (and i5) and I am getting 100-110 fps on very high settings. My buddy has a 1080 and its running even better for him.

Make sure you have the lastest driver.
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

Make sure the game uses your Nvidia GPU in Nvidia Controll panel.

Close background apps and clean up your start-up.

Restart your Computer.

Come back if you still have problems.

Post full system specs. GPU alone won't tell anyone enough to make an appropriate judgement.

Your cpu clock-speed seems low. Should it not be 4.2GHz?
Have you been cutomizing your hardware in BIOS?
