Female sims in create a sim crash the game
Okay whenever i'm making a female sim and I get to the part where you customize their clothes, the game freaks out and even crashes sometimes. I don't even know? Like, when I customize male sims, I can actually customize them without the game freaking out. I also tested out a save where there were already female sims in the world. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, do you know how to fix it?

Your OS (computer) might be the problem

Do you have any mods or custom content installed? The crash in CAS with female characters would perhaps initially suggest a problem with female clothing, skin or hair.

A female sim was the first Sim that I ever made when I got the game last week. No mods installed and no issues. Perhaps there is some truth to a mod crashing the game as is happening to the OP.

Odd. You might want to try deleting your cache files next then:

And, after deleting cache files, you might also try a few things:
  • Use CAS in windowed mode. You can switch between fullscreen and windowed using alt + enter. Windowed mode makes it easier on your computer to run.

  • In Settings > General, try turning off Shop Mode (there's a tick-box there for "Enable Shop Mode"). When you're in CAS, having Shop Mode on streams suggest-sell content to you from EA and can make the game unstable for some. Female Sims have more store content available than do male Sims, so that might be why you're seeing it on female Sims.

  • Also try turning off reflections in the game settings. They can make things unstable, too, if the computer is already struggling.
