Controller issues?
I tried replaying the game for the new chapters; however, the controls don't seem to work correctly (right is up and X is now the confirm button) compared to how they did originally; is it because I'm using an xbox one wireless controller now or did the patch break something?

Could be that the controller support is for the xbox360 pad, as the manual implies but dont take my word for it.

I honestly cannot remember if I used the 360 controller the last time I played it or not, I've had this one for a while now and it works fine with everything else. Not that I mind, but due to my setup playing with a keyboard is kind of obnoxious

You can play only use the mouse, if it helps.

Happened the same to me, no idea how to fix it

Can anyone confirm that xbox 360 pads still work at least? Is it only a xbox one controller issue?

I tried today with my 360 controller, and it works the same: X is accept, RB is up and START is down

I've just tried to duplicate this, and I can't get it to.

Have you got any third party mapping tools on your pc that could be interfering with the input commands?
Also have you tried updating your drivers?

I personally do not have any third party mapping tools; my drivers should be up to date, but I will try manually updating them and report back. I should also say that, in the mean time, I tried using my xbox360 controller as well and it is giving me the same exact issue. I should mention that I'm using windows 10.

yes, I still have the same issues: up and down on the d-pad are left and right (though the analogue stick still works correctly), X is now confirm and B is cancel, RB and LB look up but there's no button to look down now. Changing the control options between original or wasd changes nothing in regards of the controller.

Gotta bump this. Using an XONE pad and having the same issues. What pads are working properly?'

EDIT: PS4 pad works. Maybe the DirectInput scheme is properly handled and the Xinput scheme is remapped accidentally.

On XONE: X is Confirm, B is Cancel, LB is Look Up, (Back) button is Look Down. Dpad up and down spin left and right.

On DS4: Circle is Confirm, Cross is Cancel. L1 is Look Up, L2 is Look Down. Dpad works as expected.

EDIT 2: Maybe the XONE pad is being handled as DirectInput first and the Xinput schemes don't load.

The controller issue is currently under investigation, thank you for reporting it.

Thank you for investigating it; I'm getting an elite xbox one controller soon so I can report if there are similar bugs with that one too if needed
