Missing Quests
When arriving in Ragnarok, Completing the ancients quests, exiting game, re-entering it I find that all quests are missing, All it says is "Retrive the Nerthus artifact" After I killed all ancients, retrieved the artifact and everything else. The NPCs responsible for them cannot be interracted with so I can redo the quest so it gets checked again, I cannot progress into the game. I can not do anything now with this character, haven't checked the others but probably they might have similar problems. This is very frustrating. Have fun playing.

Maybe was caused by the llast update as they changed the quest reward from Nerthus (?)..."Fixed an issue where players might not get a quest reward for The Power of Nerthus (Ragnarok DLC) after finishing the quest."

I played between the updates actually. I'm doing a restore see If I can save this character, if not Im going to be leaving for another long time or for good.

Edit: All my characters have this problem now, When I enter the game I get "Retrieve the Nerthus Artifact" notification and all quests gone from Ragnarok. When I finshed the game with them. I'm leaving again until this gets fixed, Will never buy any new dlcs anyway.

Edit: I tried numerous backups, the problem persists. It is not my character's fault. It's an ingame problem that I cannot deal with personally.

I went to a character that already completed the main campaign, and i also got that pop up, but it looks like its only resert that chapter, i went to kill again the ancients and the quest was getting updated, i coulndt speak with that npc as well, but i guess since i complted that quest before must be the reason. As i want to say, i think it is fine, just need to kill the ancients once again

Sounds like a real pain. Hope they get it fixed, although apart from re-running the ancients, do you not have a Nerthus Artifact in your TQVault and just see if putting it in you inventory works?

Chill. We are all here to help each other through it.
Do not mention OCD, just noticed I have started clicking my toes and fingers 3 times each again.
If i click once I have to do it 3 times and then with each digit. lol.

Yes, the problem is that you cannot speak with the King to complete the quest if you already finished that act.

Havent tried that but I dont want to modify too many things, just waiting for a solution in game files or character files maybe I am missing something after the update.

" It seems that changes to quests aren't backwards compatible with older characters and it's always been that way. Try this and see if it fixes the problems

So to get the fix for this issue, the quest needs to be replayed from scratch.
This means either creating a new character. Or deleting the saved quest files in the character. This will reset the quest progress and you can replay them from the start.
The quests are saved in
Documents\My Games\Titan Quest - Immortal Throne/SaveData/Main_characterName/Levels_world_world01.map/Legendary/
Each .que and .myw file needs to be deleted. (You can back them up somewhere if preferred)
You can also search through them and find the exact quest you want to remove and reset (I do not suggest this without knowing exactly what quest file is related to what)"

Yes its an old character from 2008 or so.
It would be handy if devs or mods would know the exact files I need to erase and quests to redo.

I actually did this before with bugged quests, but it was a long task of trial and error, deleting random files that and in those formats and see what happens and maybe I delete some good quests also.

I was sorting them by the time of last modification and then simply removing and adding them back again if they werent the ones responsible. But there it was my fault so I fixed it myself. Here is not my fault.

Will do this again to see what happens.
