Pyromancers are completely broken
Putting your skill points into Earth Enchantment and Ring of Flame the first couple of levels will basically mean you're running around doing nothing but popping potions while everything around you simply dies a fiery death. I mean, I love this game, but this class is obviously broken.

it doesn't last far

monster resistance increases as you progress

elemental like earth and storm earlier game easier but late game elemental resist becomes very high and you will not be able to walk through and let the fire kill everything.

I combined with the Hunter tree at about lvl 15 for the speark skill which works really well for boss groups. Get in there quick and get out even quicker, crazy hit-and-runs. I've about three lvl60 characters so yeah I know the difficulties get ramped up - but so does my gear and stats. You can easily up all Earth skills by +6 if you want.

In the first couple of levels, you will obviously be having an easy time. I'm not sure to get what you are trying to point out.

ring of fire is a trap skill..its so bad that as soon as you hit even act3 normal which should still be pretty easy its already falling off and the mp costs are really high for no reason...its not as good as you think and if you wanted to play with a skill sim to that...trance of wrath is alot better then that...

Dude, points in Warfare and I just hack-and-slash my way through everything, don't even need to drink potions! Early game is actually quite easy overall

I would argue that Pyromancer is actually the weakest class in the game. Sure early game is fine, but it drops of significantly late game, which is what you will ultimately be playing the most. As mentioned before, Trance of Wrath is significantly better. Sure it takes a little bit longer until you reach it, but the reduced resistances makes it also worthwile late game.

i think one of the biggest problems of earth is there is no way to reduce fire resist as earth without a 2nd mastery and it does mostly fire damage...i mean the phys part of it is okish for warrior hybrids but then you have natures stregth of the pack which does +90% phys damage at +4 all skills, or even rogue which has most of its moveset but manual use only have things like lethal strike...there are quite a lot of options which beat earth if you are using it to support your main tree and i notice nature, dream, runemaster, and even things like defense are amazing at backing up your main tree

esp things like nature which are flat out amazing even if you dont go petmaster and only use wolves for that +90% phys damage buff..and plague being one of the best debuffs in the game, refresh being very good with any other mastery, and heart of the oak making you much harder to kill regardless of your 2nd mastery, imo its prob one of the best supporting masteries in the game up there with dream...

even dream which has trance of wrath has its own passive which gives very close to the same damage ratings as the earth enchantment..aoe petrify is life saving and it lasts a long time if you level the add on to that move, and also the lucid dream tree is so good it works with any mastery combo in the game..and trance of wraith is a decent ring of fire like move that destroys enemy resistance and hurts them the same way...

.the only good things i see from earth are stone skin which is unique to earth alone and is an amazing move, eruption (one of the longest lasting moves in the game which does multiple hits), and i guess cordy but even liche is better then that..but i have seen earth work but it does have large glaring flaws..without a way to reduce enemy resistances earth does fall off later on but usually you will pick another class that either does phys damage or lowers enemy resist to get over that flaw..

Earth and Dream. Auradin Build. Made this build before the game was on Steam. Very fun but very squishy and the effectiveness drops dramatically late game. Wanna try a fun build? Try Nature/Warfare. Drop the standard and have super wolves.

First couple of levels are very easy, I don't even choose a faction that gives extra damage until I get 34 skill points. I just play as a simple player using only plain weapon damage and don't get killed. That's how easy it is.

ya the game is pretty easy until about mid act 3 after chagan when you start to run into those blue dragoans and once you make the climb to the final boss thats def hard and you'll start to notice the flaws of your build really easily..many builds can get away with 2 mastery and 1 skill all the way to early act4 until you max both 32 mastery points...thats how easy the game could be but after act4 it just gets really hard

though it gets easy again if you have act5 esp since early act 5 is about as easy as act2 and you are much stronger then you were back then when you had minimal skillpoints and nearly everything into masteries for stat gains..

by early epic when the game should be very hard you already should of maxed both masteries (usually happens at lv34 if you do the 2 mastery and 1 skill) and due to being on avg 40 with no expansion or 48-50 with expanion your build will be more complete so the game will seem easy again up to mid act2 when it starts to get hard and stay that way for the rest of the game esp if you were really unlucky with item drops and have to start grinding for gear..
