Any specific "use this exact value" guide is going to be wrong for at least as many people as it's right for. The values for str and dex in particular are dependent on your deck, and ALL the values are dependent on your playstyle and preferences. That said, the stats your style scales best with often USED to need less points, and now need less points for a very different reason.
In the old system, you had hidden bonus stats which raised your baseline values. This meant that you needed less in your style's "main" stats because you had extra points behind the scenes. Now, the stats have a style-based scaling attribute, which gives bonus points for each point you spend. This means that putting less points into something with better scaling will give you a higher modified value. The end results are similar, but how you reach that result is very different.
