Optimal Stats for Windfall/Stagger
I'm still bit confused about stats for my absolver. Not sure how accurate are guides from 11 months ago that I see online.
I'm trying to create balance build for my first character. I do like how Stagger style looks, but struggle a bit in PvP. I do also like Windfall.
Would love to have stats optimized for both so I can switch between schools if I get bored/frustrated.

Right now I'm sitting at lvl 44 with
S -4
D -20
V -10
E -20
W -8

What would be best set up for:
1. Stagger
2. Windfall
3. Combined

I've stumbled across this

Which suggests 17 str for stagger? and only 13 dex?
Thought stagger attacks scales best with mobility/dex. Why Str?
Or did I get it completely wrong?

You can respec after level 60 (60 is max, one more level past it and you go into prestige). Also most of the data on most of the spreadsheets and things is VERY much out of date - the stat system got a major revamp a while back. This spreadsheet lists accurate current stats broken down by style:

Any specific "use this exact value" guide is going to be wrong for at least as many people as it's right for. The values for str and dex in particular are dependent on your deck, and ALL the values are dependent on your playstyle and preferences. That said, the stats your style scales best with often USED to need less points, and now need less points for a very different reason.

In the old system, you had hidden bonus stats which raised your baseline values. This meant that you needed less in your style's "main" stats because you had extra points behind the scenes. Now, the stats have a style-based scaling attribute, which gives bonus points for each point you spend. This means that putting less points into something with better scaling will give you a higher modified value. The end results are similar, but how you reach that result is very different.
