Will there be a Linux release?

Seeing as there's a Mac version coming, can we expect a Linux version as well?
The game looks like something I would enjoy immensely and I would absolutely love to be able to actually play it ;)

Really looking forward to play this game!
Dunno when you're going to publish the Linux Beta version, but I'm pretty sure my new GPU will arrive by then and I'll enjoy the game so much! Gonna start playing this game ASAP after it's available. Hopefully it's gonna be stable and enjoyable, if not then I'll report back with my experience and hopefully you can fix it for others.

Oh, and to LeonardOcelot (no relation to Naomi Hunter's boss, I hope?): thanks for the transparency, regardless of how things eventually work out (although, obviously having a SteamOS release is the preferred outcome hehe).

DOH, my father bought this game but he did not have the minimum required config so he can't play. I told him "no problem you'll play on my rig" but it seems we'll have to wait a bit cause I'm on Linux ! Thanks for the transparency LeonardOcelot :)
