Note: The Kingdoms expansion game has been migrated into the base game and will no longer show in your library. It can be accessed by selecting the desired expansion type from the Medieval II: Total War game which should now be in your library (assuming it previously wasn't).

As an aside, any chance of looking into Rome 1 CD key issue? "View CD Key" hangs at "Requesting Key" and some folk theorized that their multiplayer is not working due to that.
